Procrastination

Where to start…

I have just asked my son to write my blog for me as I have no idea what to say and he suggested that I just write what’s on my mind, so here goes…

Acting like a moody teenager

I am utterly frustrated with having to come away from my easel and sit in front of my computer to update the techno side of my business as I don't do gadgets very well. However, the truth is, i’m not really frustrated. i’m terrified that everything will blow-up and my lovely new website will come come crashing down if iI do anything to it.

It’s amazing how dominant fears and anxiety make you procrastinate and change your mood.  Everyone this morning has had to put up with me stomping about until I have conquered whatever demon it is I need to do to get this job done.

The Conclusion

So, in short, if you are reading this I HAVE WON the battle of artist over machine and there will be no excuses next time!

A special thanks to Pauline for nagging me to do this and for Jules (my teenager who is more mature than me), who had to put up with me this morning!
